October 18, 2026: Independent audit of all 23 stores: no fee figures changed
- Re-read the Europe rate card (effective 1 July 2026) from Amazon's PDF: every banded fulfilment fee on page 6, the peak tables on pages 7 and 9 and the storage rates on page 21 match our data. Page 6 and the storage rates are now a test fixture checked on every build.
- Added property tests for every store: no negative or missing fees, no fee that falls as a parcel gets heavier or larger except where Amazon's own card does so, and exact start and end days for peak rates, the April 2026 surcharges, storage seasons and South Africa's launch incentives.
- Documented the places where Amazon's card is not monotonic (Amazon.nl, Amazon.es, Amazon.in, Amazon.eg) on the methodology page.
- Fixed a caption on the English fee tables of the European stores without a festive peak (everywhere except the UK and Germany) that mentioned a peak period.
October 18, 2026: All 23 Amazon stores with FBA
- Added calculators and full rate tables for Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, India, Singapore, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Egypt and South Africa, each from that store's own Amazon pages.
- Published the Global Amazon FBA Fee Index: five products costed in every store, with a CSV download.
October 18, 2026: US: apparel, dangerous goods and inventory fees
- Added the 2026 apparel and dangerous-goods fulfillment rate cards, cross-checked between two independent copies.
- Added the low-inventory-level fee, returns processing fees with category thresholds, aged-inventory surcharges, removal and disposal fees, and the bulky packaging fee (estimate).
- Holiday peak card: the first row of every tier, including large bulky and all extra-large bands, now confirmed by a second published copy. Large bulky is no longer an estimate.
- Apparel and dangerous-goods peak rates: first row published; other rows estimated and labeled.
October 18, 2026: US: initial dataset
- Initial dataset: 2026 US non-peak fulfillment rate card (effective Jan 15, 2026), size tiers including small bulky, storage rates, 2026 inbound placement ranges, referral fees.
- 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge from Apr 17, 2026.
- Holiday peak card for Oct 15, 2026 – Jan 14, 2027, derived and checked against 9 published 2026 figures.
