How Amazon.sg FBA fees work
Weight = unit + packaging
Amazon.sg adds its own packaging weight to your unit weight: 20 g for small envelopes, 40 g for standard and large envelopes, 100 g for parcels and 240 g for oversize. There is no dimensional weight.
Seven size tiers
From small envelope (20 × 15 × 1 cm) to large oversize (up to 150 cm). Items over 150 cm long, 30 kg or 3 m girth cannot use FBA.
Fees cut on 1 August 2025
Most rows fell, some sharply: a small envelope dropped from S$3.18 to S$1.55 and a 1 kg parcel from S$4.57 to S$3.24.
GST on both sides
FBA and storage fees include 9% GST; referral fees are charged plus GST. A GST-registered seller claims the GST back; the calculator removes it from your fee total and from your price.

Example: a 25 × 18 × 4 cm unit weighing 300 g, sold for $29.90, is a large envelope with a fulfilment fee of $3.23 including the surcharge and a referral fee of $3.74.

No. Shipping weight is your unit weight plus Amazon's standard packaging weight for the tier, rounded up to the gram.
Are FBA fees in Singapore shown with GST?
Yes. Fulfilment and storage fees include 9% GST. Referral fees and the S$0.40 minimum are quoted before GST.
Is there a closing fee?
S$1.00 (before GST) per media item: books, music, DVD, software and video games.
How accurate is this compared with Amazon's Revenue Calculator?
